At this point in time Kilianware Ceramics is only able to offer First Class delivery, this usually takes day 2-3 days after payment plus one business day for securely packagaing your order.




What do I do if I received a broken order?


Kilianware ceramics takes great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a broken product we may require you to mail back the product at our expense, and after assessing the return product as vaild, full refund will be processed prompty.
